Introduction
Youxian Technology (Dandong) Co., Ltd. was established in November 2013 with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. It covers an area of 800 mu and has a construction area of 320,000 square meters. It is a high-tech enterprise in China with independent intellectual property rights specializing in the production of "Bio-based Nylon 56 Fiber." The factory is located in the Dandong High-Tech Industrial Development Zone in Liaoning Province, offering extremely convenient transportation with distances of 4 km to Dandong Langtou Airport, 3 km to Dandong West High-Speed Rail Station, 7 km to the Dandong West Exit of the Danda Expressway, and 25 km to Dandong Port.In 2013, the company collaborated with the former Institute of Quartermaster Equipment of the General Logistics Department to develop the bio-based new material—Nylon 56 Fiber. Its primary raw material is derived from renewable resources such as corn, breaking the market monopoly of foreign companies on the raw material diamine for Nylon 66 and filling both international and domestic gaps. The performance indicators of Nylon 56 Fiber, including dyeability, moisture absorption, flame retardancy, breaking strength, abrasion resistance, and heat resistance, all surpass those of Nylon 66 Fiber, achieving internationally leading standards. The company operates two polyamide production lines and China's first set of German-imported melt direct spinning nylon staple fiber production lines, with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons. It can produce Nylon 56 and Nylon 66 chips, direct-spun Nylon 56 and Nylon 66 staple fibers, as well as Nylon 6 staple fibers and other products. With advanced equipment, the company's product quality meets world-class standards and can provide customized production of multiple varieties and specifications according to customer needs.
